"ASIFAL" Local Area South Central Investment The Workforce, is composed of six towns (Barranquitas, Coamo, Juana Diaz, Naranjito, Salinas and Santa Isabel) Under the Act WIA (Workforce Investment Act) ASIFAL has been designated as Area of Servicing for these people by the Governor of Puerto Rico under the Workforce Investment Act  in 1998. This law allows us to offer basic services, intensive and training programs in the Adult and Dislocated Workers. It also allows young people to serve under the ten(10) elements that encourage our youth to be prepared to be a functional entity within our social environment.
